Cancellation & Refund Policy
PARIJATA ENTERPRISES believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a
liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• PARIJATA ENTERPRISES does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers,
eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of
product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his
own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the
product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of
our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after
looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer
the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the PARIJATA ENTERPRISES, it’ll take 1-2
Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
1. Product Inspection and Claims
- Product Inspection: We meticulously inspect every item before dispatch to ensure quality.
- Claim Process:
- If a customer claims to have received the wrong product, they must provide a video unboxing as evidence.
- Our support team will assist based on the video evidence provided.
2. Return Policy
- Eligibility: You can return a product within 7 days after delivery only in case of defective or different item.
- Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Sealed Open/Used items are not eligible for return. In case you have returned used item, the same will be disposed off.
- Process:
- Initiate the return request. Once we accept your request. You have to be dispatch the packet from your nearby courier. Only in case of defective item the courier is upon the us. In case of reasons such as”Not Required anymore, Not Useful”, customer has to bear the cost.
- Courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount during sending time.
- Packing will be reduced. Make sure you pack the item safely. If we receive the item in damaged condition or missing items, the responsibility is completely upon the customer. Make sure to pack the item in proper heavy box condition
- If the item is received in its original condition, the remaining balance will be credited.
