Steps to Install CSM RO Membrane

• Disconnect the Tube: Start by removing the tube from the fitting. Ensure that the water supply to the RO system is turned off to prevent any leakage.
• Housing Cap Removal: Use the provided wrench to gently twist off the housing cap. This cap secures the membrane housing and needs to be removed for access.
• Remove the Old Membrane: Carefully pull out the old RO membrane from its housing. If it’s tightly secured, you can use pliers for assistance.
• Install the New RO Membrane: Insert the new RO membrane element into the housing, making sure it fits snugly.
• Reattach the Housing Cap: Put the housing cap back onto the membrane housing and use the wrench to tighten it securely. Ensure there are no leaks around the cap.
• Reconnect the Tube: Reattach the tube to the fitting, ensuring it’s properly connected and sealed.
• Turn On Water Supply: Finally, turn the water supply to the RO system back on. Monitor for any leaks or issues as the system pressurizes.
