DIY Water Misting System Kit / Fogger system for Dairy farm (50ft pipe) with 10 nozzles

1 year Pump and adaptor warranty. For warranty replacement – Buyer have to send the product to our warehouse (courier paid) and we will send the item back to buyer on our own courier charges. It is a 1 time replacement for pump and adaptor.

Item description-

1. Nozzle – Brass material with nickel coating. It has 0.3 mm orifice of metal material. it has 6mm pushfit end easy to fix in connectors. To clean the nozzle, open it carefully and clear it with like saree pin or similar type pin. Qty -10 pc

2. 100 gpd Booster pump with 2 metre suction height. It operates on 24 volts DC power with the use of adaptor. It is NOT waterproof. It has 37 mm armature and 90 PSI pressure. It has Pure copper winding. In case of Low pressure, Not operating, Leakage, High Noise. You can contact us for repair/replacement as per co. policy. Damage / breakage not covered in warranty.

3. Tee connectors- Made up of Plastic material.

4. Ultra Filter – Removes Dust and sand particles from water. Clean the filter after regular intervals of time in 15 days or earlier to avoid nozzle blockage. Open, clean with tap water and close it back. Take care of O Ring seal while opening and closing the Filter. Fix it according to Arrow direction. Do not use blue locking clips in filter connection. (Avoid using blue clips wherever its possible).

5. Adaptor – Converts 230 volts AC to 24 volts DC. It protects from Electricity fluctuation and prevents pump from damage. It has 1.5 metre long wire. It’s a BIS approved Adaptor. It can work upto 1 hour according to its mfg, after which it may melt in high temperatures according to ambience temperature. Not recommended to use regular over 1 hour. Covered in 1 year warranty.

6. PE pipe – It is compatible for installation in shade only, Not in sunlight. Tie it up with cable tie OR Shuttle on net/walls. Size – 1/4 inch OR 6mm. Length of pipe – 50 ft.
